Founded in May 2016, Shanghai Five Philo Clothing Group Co., Ltd. is a clothing company integrating research, development, design, production and sales, advocating the concept of returning to nature, health and environmental protection. The company is headquartered in Suning Tianyu International Plaza, Danba Road, Putuo District, Shanghai.

It has 3 clothing brands.  Its main brand "FIVE PHILO" is an offline high-end clothing brand. The sub-brand "FIVE PHILO online brand" is an online medium and high-end clothing brand. At present, it has opened "FIVE PHILO clothing flagship stores" on Jingdong and Tmall. It is a 30-year-old factory acquired in March 2019, and is now Jiangsu Five Philo Clothing Co., Ltd. The sub-brand "La Mia" is an offline high-end women's clothing brand. It is a Hong Kong clothing brand acquired in January 2020, and is now Zudi (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. Five Philo Group now owns 19 offline high-end brand stores, with products covering collections of men, women, children. It always always adhere to the humanistic care and original design concept, with the spirit of diligence and self-denial, simple and attentive quality, to bring people healthy, safe, loving, warm, and humanistic care products.

Brand Philosophy
      FivePhilo costumes incorporate the Confucian, Buddhism and Taoist philosophies into the corporate culture. It follows the Confucianism "benevolence", which is fundamentally the interpretation of "love", a kind of love that spreads from home and beyond home, extends to society, and even to mankind and nature; the philosophical thought of "heart and nature" because the heart is the root of everything, and an unchanging heart is clean.
